Cancellation Policy

At Scrap Bank, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order on www.scrapbank.in.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.
  • To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@scrapbank.in or call us at +91 9811489191.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible. You may instead initiate a return as per our Return & Refund Policy.

2. Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be cancelled:

  • Orders that have already been shipped or are out for delivery
  • Digital products and services (e.g., Digital Gold & Silver)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Orders placed during special sale events (subject to sale terms)

3. Cancellation by Scrap Bank

Scrap Bank reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • Product is out of stock or unavailable
  • Pricing or listing errors on the website
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions
  • Incomplete or incorrect delivery address

In such cases, you will be notified immediately and a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

4. Refund on Cancellation

  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after cancellation is confirmed.
  • Scrap Coins earned on the cancelled order will be reversed from your account.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders — no refund is applicable as no payment was made.
