📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an email and SMS confirmation once your order is dispatched.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • ✅ Free Shipping on orders above ₹999
  • Orders below ₹999 — a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • Express delivery charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.

🇮🇳 Delivery Locations

We deliver to all major cities, towns, and pin codes across India including:

  • Metro cities — Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities across all states
  • Remote locations (delivery time may be extended by 2-3 days)

📧 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS.
  • You can track your order anytime on our Track Order page.
  • For any tracking issues, contact us at support@scrapbank.in.

⚠️ Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • In case of a lost shipment, we will investigate with our logistics partner and provide a resolution within 7 business days.
  • Scrap Bank is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

🚨 Important Notes

  • Scrap Bank currently ships only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
  • Bulk or heavy orders may have different shipping timelines — our team will contact you separately for such orders.
  • Digital products (Digital Gold & Silver) do not require shipping.
