🛒 Shopping & Orders

Q: How do I place an order on Scrap Bank?

A: Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay via UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, or RuPay.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

A: Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After that, the order goes into processing and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately at support@scrapbank.in.

Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

A: Currently, we do not offer COD. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, RuPay, and AmEx.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order on our Track Order page.

Q: What types of scrap does Scrap Bank accept?

A: We accept electronics (mobiles, laptops, TVs), home appliances (ACs, refrigerators, washing machines), metal scrap (iron, copper, aluminium), paper, cardboard, plastic, and batteries.

Q: How does the doorstep scrap pickup work?

A: Simply visit our Sell Scrap page, fill in your details, and our team will contact you to schedule a free pickup at your convenience.

Q: How will I get paid for my scrap?

A: Payment is made instantly via UPI or bank transfer immediately after the pickup and verification of your scrap.

Q: Is there a minimum quantity required to sell scrap?

A: No minimum quantity is required. We accept scrap of any quantity!

Q: What are Scrap Coins?

A: Scrap Coins are our loyalty reward points. You earn them on every purchase, scrap sale, referral, and review. They can be redeemed as discounts on future orders.

Q: How do I redeem my Scrap Coins?

A: At checkout, you will see an option to apply your available Scrap Coins as a discount on your order.

Q: Do Scrap Coins expire?

A: No! Scrap Coins do not expire as long as your account is active.

A: Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days across India. Express delivery options may be available for select locations.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes, we deliver to all major cities and towns across India.

A: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the return is approved.

Q: Are digital gold/silver purchases refundable?

A: No. Digital Gold & Silver investments are non-refundable due to the nature of live market pricing.
