Scrap Bank provides the following services:

  • 🪙 Digital Gold & Silver — Investment in digital precious metals
  • 🏆 Scrap Coins Loyalty Program — Earning and redeeming loyalty reward points
  • 🏢 Franchise Program — Business partnership opportunities

3. User Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Scrap Bank reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Orders & Payments

  • All prices on Scrap Bank are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of placing an order.
  • Scrap Bank accepts UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, RuPay, and AmEx.
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.
  • Scrap Bank reserves the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability.

5. Scrap Collection Services

  • Scrap prices are determined at the time of pickup based on current market rates.
  • Payment for scrap is made via UPI or bank transfer after verification.
  • Scrap Bank reserves the right to refuse collection of items that do not meet our quality or safety standards.
  • Customers must ensure that scrap items are free from hazardous materials before handover.

6. Digital Gold & Silver

  • Digital Gold & Silver investments are subject to live market prices and may fluctuate.
  • Scrap Bank is not responsible for any losses arising from market price changes.
  • Digital Gold & Silver purchases are non-refundable.
  • All transactions are final once confirmed.

7. Scrap Coins Loyalty Program

  • Scrap Coins are earned as per the current rewards structure and may change without prior notice.
  • Scrap Coins have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
  • Scrap Bank reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Scrap Coins program at any time.
  • Misuse or fraudulent earning of Scrap Coins will result in account termination.

Scrap Bank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

13. Changes to Terms

Scrap Bank reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
