• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required

• Customized or personalized items
• Items damaged due to misuse

Refund Process

2. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
3. If approved, return the item to our address
4. Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
